Lumi Pictura Terms of Service

Welcome to Lumi Pictura! These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Lumi Pictura mobile application (the “App”) provided by [your company name] (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Eligibility: You must be 13 years of age or older to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Prohibited Actions: You may not reverse engineer, copy, distribute, modify, or use the App for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

2. App Functionality

Lumi Pictura allows you to clean and organize your photo and video library, identifying duplicates, blurry images, and large files. Features may be updated, and we reserve the right to modify or terminate features at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

Permissions: You must grant the app access to your photo and video libraries to enable features, which can be revoked at any time through device settings.

Content: You own your photos and videos. We do not claim ownership of your content, but require limited permission to process it within the app to complete the cleanup.

4. User Obligations

You may not use this app to engage in illegal activities or undermine device security.

Comply with local laws and regulations and Apple App Store terms.

If you are a minor, you must use it with the consent of your guardian.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including code, design, logo and trademark, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without written permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of the app is also subject to the above privacy policy, which explains how we handle your data.

7. Fees

We offer both free and paid Services. If you choose to subscribe to a paid Service, you agree to pay the fees ("Fees") as quoted to you when you purchase that Service. We may calculate taxes payable by you based on the billing information that you provide us at the time of purchase. You are responsible for all charges related to using the purchased Service (for example, data charges and currency exchange settlements). You will pay the Fees in the currency We quoted at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change the eligible currencies at any time, except where not permitted by applicable law. We reserve the right to change its prices at any time. However, if we have offered a specific duration and Fee for your use of the Service, we agree that the Fee will remain in force for that duration.

8. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not responsible for the following situations:

The cleanup operation may result in data loss. Please back up important files in advance. We are not responsible for this.

Damages caused by third-party services or interruptions beyond our control (such as equipment failure or network problems). To the extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App without notice if you breach these Terms or at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you must stop using the App.

10. Updates and Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance. Please check this page regularly for the latest version.
